How do my coaching courses work?

It's really simple. You will be on a telephone call from the comfort of your own home along with myself as your personal coach and approx 8 other individuals who like you, are looking to make positive changes to their lives. The call will be interactive giving everyone the chance to ask questions. If you have never done telephone coaching before, don't panic, I won't be putting anyone on the spot, you can participate as much or as little as you want. It's very informal and relaxed!

Once you have signed up and paid for your course I will e-mail you the telephone number you’ll need to join the call where I’ll be waiting to greet you, along with the other participants.
