Whether you’re looking to create a brand new direction in life, change career, start a business, write a book or find love. This VIP programme provides you with a very personal and exclusive level of attention with one of the UK’s leading life coaches, giving you all the support you need to make big changes to your life. Louise is only able to take on a small number of VIP coaching clients throughout the year.

You will be working with Louise to:

Define 3 really exciting and inspiring goals that will change your life for the better
Create a wonderful vision of how you want your future to look
Develop a real and achievable plan of action for reaching your goals
Set weekly/fortnightly action steps to help move you towards your goals
To determine and sort through opportunities that come your way
Keep you on target and focused
Confront your unconscious beliefs, behaviours and habits that are getting in the way and sabotaging your success
Introduce you to additional tools and techniques such as; meditation, visualisation, relaxation techniques, affirmations, Emotional Freedom Technique, self-hypnosis and the law of attraction, to name but a few

How does it work?
You will receive:

10 x 1 hour one-to-one coaching sessions which you can choose to take weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Email access between sessions to discuss your progress
A ‘Quick fire’ coaching call in between sessions should you need it
A range of highly effective coaching tools designed to maximize your coaching journey
A one off EFT belief busting session
Feedback from your coach and regular homeplay
You will also received a copy of Louise’s e-Workbook worth £18.99 and a 40% discount on Louise’s weekend retreats.*

How much does it cost?
£90 per session (Sessions are usually taken monthly)
Coaching programmes can be paid for upfront or on a monthly basis.
