Free First Session Offer
I offer all newcomers a 90 minute first coaching session (normal price is £35 but FREE if you sign up one of my programmes). If you're intrigued or curious this free session really gives you a feel for what it's like to be coached and gives us an opportunity to get to know each other.
During this first trial session we'll:
- Discover what coaching is all about and how it can help you create your perfect life
- Determine what areas of your life are working and what areas aren't
- Decide on the areas of your life where improvement is most needed
- Define between 1 and 3 really exciting goals for you to start working on straight away
- Create a wonderful vision of how you want your future to look
- Create a renewed sense of energy and excitement
After this first session you can then decide whether you want to proceed. It’s totally up to you.
You don’t need to come to this first session with predefined goals. It really doesn’t matter whether you have no idea what your goals might be – it’s my job to uncover them!
