As one of the Vitality Show Experts and Celebrities I am very excited to have been asked back again to talk at this years show. The Vitality Show is one of the UK’s largest health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing event for women and is guaranteed to make you feel revitalised, beautiful, fit and healthy.
