Most of us spend our entire lives either future tripping or living in the past. We are literally sleepwalking through our life trapped by our obsessive thinking! Choosing to live in the past or the future not only robs you of your enjoyment today, it robs you of truly living and experiencing life at its fullest.

Ask yourself: How often are you truly living in the NOW moment?
When we are still in the present moment we have access to our higher power and this is where all the answers to our questions reside. It’s a magical and powerful place to be! The more you train your mind to be present, the greater the power you have to transform your life.
