***Please note, I am not medically trained in any way. I am just sharing my own story. Ensure you seek medical advice from your doctor before taking any vitamins whatsoever***
Hi there folks,
Welcome to another Vlog.
Today I have some important information to share that really could be a game-changer for you.
I recently had some blood tests done because I was feeling under the weather, only to discover something very interesting indeed.
I was significantly deficient in vitamin D.
According to statistics collected by Forth, 74% of people in the UK are in the lower quarter of the range or below for their vitamin D levels, with 27% of people actually falling below the normal parameters. In other words, they don’t have enough to reach optimum health!
The data suggested that women are in a worse situation than men, with 77% of females having inadequate vitamin D levels, compared to 72% of males. The data also revealed that when it comes to Vitamin D, those aged 25-34 and 45-54 both have the lowest levels at 76%. This is probably because most of this age group spend their life in a car commuting or behind a desk working all day!
Quite startling stats!
