Corporate or job burnout is a very real thing, make no mistake! Yet often when we think of being burnt out we think about being a bit tired, under the weather or lacking motivation.
But this is not burnout – burnout is way more serious and if not addressed can quickly lead to a full on breakdown which literally takes you off your feet for months!
Today I want to share the four stages of burnout, the tell-tale signs of burnout to look out for and most importantly, what you can do to heal and get back on track!
